Just thought it would be good to put out an update and say that my situation was resolved ;v; I know in the end it probably wasn't a huge deal, but things like that tend to make me panic and stress way more than I should.
I'll probably end up deleting that board and this one soon, thank you all for who commented and gave advice and support. It helped me out a lot and I truly appreciate it ;;

Same here, I'm just happy to not have that stress on me right now. My weekend was not the best and having that going on was not helping me at all. I just hope if I get offers from said person we can work out a much better deal in the end ;.;
