TERMS AND CONDITIONS for TurquoiseSundae 's Designs
| GENERAL RULES |
- Do not copy, trace, delete my art and designs.
- Do not remove, modify, hide my name/signature from my art.
- Do not edit my art of the original design, just draw them with new design.
- The current owner of the character has all rights to use the character for personal use.
- You may not create any commercial merchandise using or featuring my art.
Any commissioned pieces for the purpose of merchandise should be discussed beforehand. (as stated in my commission TOS/T&C) - You may not create any commercial merchandise using or featuring my designs without my prior consent.
- You may add your own rules for the character as long as you own them, but not override any of my terms.
- The owner of the character must have a toyhou.se account.

| DESIGN | TRADE |
- Do not trade any of my designs outside toyhou.se .
- Do not delete my designs; re-uploading is strictly prohibited.
- If the character/design is private/hidden, give me access to view my design.
- The current owner of the character has all rights to use the character for personal use.
- Credit me for the original design, even if they have alt/redesigns by others.
- When redesigning the character, the new design must be recognizable as from the original.
- Feel free to make alt-designs/forms/versions, as long as you credit me for the original design
- Any alt. version, AU, redesigns, of the character is considered one and the same character as from the original design.
- Do not resell character without it's original design and art by me.
- Do not resell any variations separate from the original design.
- If it has an alt version, AU, redesign it must be sold with the original (since the designs are closely inspired from the original).
| - Can be sold, traded, gifted, raffled etc.
- Feel free to sell/trade the character, price fairly.
- Any kind of art can add to the characters value
- You have all rights to fairly determine your own art's value.
- Any free or gift art of the character should not add any monetary value— this mostly depends on the artist who created the art.
- Do not resell character without it's original design and art by me.
- Do not resell any variations separate from the original design.
- If it has an alt version, AU, redesign it must be sold with the original (since the designs are closely inspired from the original).
