• don't claim that you designed it. you didn't. don't be a jerk.
• reselling is allowed, however unless the character has more art, do not sell for more than the original price
• once purchased, you can use the design for whatever you like; nsfw art, commercial use, etc. EXCEPT turning the character's design into a basis for a closed species
• if you issue a chargeback or similar, i will revoke your rights to the design
• i will not revoke design rights once purchase is completed, however if you violate these rules you will be blacklisted from purchasing a design from me again
• do not use the design for:
  • illegal/immoral nsfw (child p*rn, incest, sexual art/writing if you decide the character is underage)
  • hateful or bigoted art; lgbtphobic, racist, ableist, pro-autism speaks, islamophobic, antisemitic, etc.
    
  • art promoting lgbtq exclusionist views (terf, transmedicalism, aro/ace exclusionist, anti mogai)
