I want to get back into designing adopts and cleaning up some old adopts that I never got around to putting up for sale - is dA still the best platform to do so? I see some people on here pre-list characters too and cross reference on other sites like Twitter, so maybe that’s the way to go? Would love to hear your thoughts!!

I'm one of the few that still check dA for adoptables and comm openings, but I'd think cross-posting to TH would help get extra views! Twitter...... mmmmmaybe, though it might just depend on the time of day posted, unless you bump the post via QRTs often.
