Adopting a design means you have read and agree to our rules, and take full responsibility if you break them.
Breaking rules will result in being blacklisted.

• Owners of Viawatts are allowed to change name, gender, ear type, plug type, and minor tweaks to the pattern/design without approval. If major changes are to be made, please send us a DM for approval, as we want to be sure no two designs are too similar in appearance.
• We will hold designs for up to 24 hours. If you don't respond or otherwise cannot pay for the design by the time the 24h is up, we will move on to the next offer.
• Refunds are not allowed, sorry! Please be 100% positive when buying your design.
• Once the design is yours you may use it for RP, as a sona, in your own stories, etc, but do not use designs that you do not own.
• Do not remove our design ownership or delete the character once ownership has been transferred to you. Doing so will lead to your design no longer being official, or otherwise being revoked by us. If you truly want to leave TH for whatever reason, you're free to transfer the character back to us and let us know any other social media you'd like us to list the character as owned by.
• Viawatts are not to be associated with gross/hateful/offensive content, period. Viawatts are not and never will be associated with pedophilia, incest, positive portrayals of abuse, lgbt-phobia, racism, sexism, nazis, etcetc. Mature themes are allowed, but you must stay respectful when making backstories (ie if a Viawatt is a victim of hate or abuse, it must be portrayed with taste). Drugs, alcohol, smoking, gambling, violence, blood, vulgar language are all fine and allowed to be mentioned, referenced, drawn in art, etc. Sexual themes regarding Viawatts are allowed to be drawn/mentioned/etc as long as you are over 18.
  • Police characters are strictly forbidden. Security guards and other characters relating to law or referencing the law and illegal activity are fine but PLEASE AVOID strong police imagery or cop characters. The general cyberpunk spirit of fighting against oppressors is embraced and strongly encouraged, and while law enforcement definitely does exist in New Diode, they are treated as background enemies without being developed, given names, personalities, stories, etc.
• Viawatts can be resold (for the original price) or traded.
  • Do not resell adoptables/customs/myo's for more than what you paid for. Charging more if you have extra art (ie commissions, gift art etc) attached is fine. Don't go scamming people and don't go looking to adopt a Viawatt just to resell them for a profit. We will find out and you will be punished.
• Making your own adoptables is not permitted. Viawatts are our species and we would like to have some level of control over them, as we hold them dearly to our hearts. Please be respectful of this.
• Unless you have bought, won, or been gifted a myo slot, you are not allowed to make a Viawatt yourself.
