Charlocke-Meadow Rules and Terms of Service

By owning a Charlocke, you acknowledge that you are aware of and agree to the following rules.

Community-Related Rules:

Be respectful to your fellow group members! This group is meant to function as a safe community for friendly interaction regardless of your beliefs!

Any behavior considered hateful or abusive is prohibited.

This includes but is not limited to:

-discriminatory language or content towards any race, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or another person's art or designs

-threats or insults directed to other people

-inappropriate content and/or speech directed to or depicting minors

Some cursing is allowed, but do not overdo it.

Art-Related Rules:

Strictly no NSFW or over the top violence in the world!

All posts must be at least Charlocke-related, do not post artwork or posts that have nothing to do with Charlocke-Meadow.

Post to the correct threads! Feel free to ask if you are unsure where to submit!

Charlockes may NOT be based on existing copyrighted characters or property (example: Pokemon, or Mario characters). Inspiration is okay.

A design may be ported from another existing character (cs or original) so long as it is not based on a copyrighted character or property. It is recommended to trade these sorts of characters together to prevent disputes.

Trading and Ownership:

Co-ownership is allowed but not officially recognized on the masterlist. Please keep this in mind while trading, as disputes caused by neglecting this information are not our responsibility.

You must have a deviantART or Toyhouse account that is at least 3 months of age in order to participate in the group or own a Charlocke, unless you can be vouched for by a reputable member, or can prove that it is an alternate account/that you have had an older account.

Charlockes can be traded for anything or sold for any amount you wish, regardless of how you obtained it.

Rule breaking and bans:

We have a three strike and ban policy for rule breaking. Any rules listed above that are broken may result in a strike, but if someone is found to be breaking a rule, they will be contacted to sort out the mistake.

Once a person has reached three strikes, they will be banned from participating in the group. Any Charlockes belonging to a banned member will not be revoked or voided, but will be marked as belonging to a banned member. They can still be transferred, sold, or traded to be used in the group again.

If you have been banned and you wish to discuss a return to the group or forgiveness, you may contact either the staff team or LyraKat, but some things are not forgivable.

This group is a work in progress and these rules may change without notice or announcement to prevent loopholes and add missing information.
