• you may not use my art for advertisements or promotional material 
• you may not make any sort of edits to my art. please, ask me to do it myself
• you may not use my art in games, comics or other media unless it is made for that purpose
• you may repost my art with credit, but do not claim it as your own
• don't commission me for art of a character owned or designed by a user on my blacklist
  
  
  

DESIGN TOS

• you may not whitewash any of my designs
• you may not make an initially transgender character into a cis one. if it's not specified, you're free to change it to whatever you want, but please ask if you're unsure
• you may not resell/trade my designs for more than they are worth until extra art is added (personal or commissioned art only) and you may not sell/trade free/gifted characters 
• you're free to make as many changes as you'd like as long as it resembles the original design
• you may redesign a design i've made into a CS (so long as you have permission to do so) or another species
• don't use my designs in any form of hate art, offensive material, illegal/problematic content, nsfw etc
