🌈General TOS:

🌺You may not trade/sell/gift any of my designs/characters that I've traded/sold/gifted to you to a blacklisted user. 🌺You may not 'age-up' characters/designs if they were made a minor/have extremely child-like features for NSFW purposes. 🌸You are allowed to make NSFW art/literatures of my designs/characters if they are NOT a minor or have child-like features. That being said, you yourself must also NOT be a minor to do so. 🌸WITH PERMISSION you are allowed to take inspiration/reference/colour pick any of my OC's outside the tags "neversrs" and "no pls". You are NOT allowed to HEAVILY reference my OC's (i.e. take direct/multiple traits from them that makes them unique, colour pick their entire palette, etc.) PLEASE REMEMBER TO ASK!! 🌺Do NOT interact with me and/or my designs/characters if you fall under the General DNI (trump,zoo.pedo,homo,racist,etc.) 🌺Do NOT trace my art. With permission from me however, you may line and/or colour sketches I've drawn for you. 🌺None of my work comes with commercial rights (designs,art,linework) unless you ask which means you cannot profit off it. If I make you lineart you can’t just recycle it and use it for adopts to make profit, this will result in an immediate warning ✨IMPORTANT NOTE, if I sell/trade/gift you an OC and you do anything that goes against my TOS, you will either be put on my greylist and not allowed to do so again or you will be put on my blacklist and the character will be forcibly refunded and taken back, I will not have my work associated with you. It depends on the severity. (ex, if you draw a design of mine being homophobic it will be revoked and you will be blacklisted. But if you were just being rude you can keep it but you will be greylisted.) ✨I believe characters should only be forcefully taken back if something severe happens, if you try to force trade back without proof of a legitimate reason (such as if I were to break your TOS) it will be ignored and I will continue to use what you gave me

🌈Commission/Adopt TOS:

🍄Payment is by PayPal only. USD only. 🍄Payment must be made within 24 hours of making the purchase, UNLESS you specify otherwise (i.e. don't get paid until a later date, putting an adopt on hold, etc.) 🍄Adopts can be put on hold for up to 2 months depending on the price/trade. Claiming an adopt and then backing out (including after winning an auction), will result in a 7 day greylist. Doing so again will result in a permanent blacklist. 🍄When purchasing an adopt, you're allowed to change the colours/outfits/hairstyles/etc. just as long as it still looks like the same character. 🍄You can NOT under any circumstance, commission art that is for hate speech, bullying/harassing, racist or homophobic/transphobic purposes (i.e. commissioning a trans/BIPOC character being murdered, r*ped, etc.) This will result in a permanent blacklist.

♥️Will draw: ✅ Any species and type! (Humanoid/Anthro/Feral) ✅ NSFW (If you are 18+) ✅ Character Interactions (to an extent) ✅ Any body types (as long as it doesn’t get to the point of being fetishised) ✅ Any gender ✅ Gore (Must be 16+ if you want anything other than light/soft gore [by soft i mean like candy gore]) ✅ Detailed/Difficult Characters (will cost extra) ✅ Light Mecha or Armour ✅ Harmless fetish art (Must be 18+, stuff like feet or size difference for example)

💔Won't draw: ❌ NSFW of minors/characters under 18 ❌ 'Aged-Up' Characters for NSFW purposes ❌ Harmful Fetish Art (Inflation, Diapers, Age Difference, etc.) ❌ Hate art/speech ❌ Heavy Mecha or Armour (I can still try but be aware I will most likely have to give up)

Failure to comply with my TOS will result in an up to permanent blacklist dependent on severity.

💔Greylist: People here can own my designs if previously owned but are not allowed to own any more or commission me, I'm wiling to discuss this with them

💔Blacklist: People here cannot own my designs or commission me full stop, any design they own by me is void, I'm not wiling to discuss this with them, if you are caught trading with blacklisted users you will be either grey or blacklisted

❌Nagi/HappyWaterStorm Reason- Harassing my friends and I, general rudeness. Permanent. They may not use any of my designs. ❌Cyberknivez Reason- Copying OCs, selling free OCs, owning copied OCs knowingly. Permanent. They may not use any of my designs. ❌CasperCoven Reason- Bad person Permanent. They may not use any of my designs. ❌CultC0re Reason- Finincially suports a criminal and willingly buys stolen, ripped off, and traced designs Permanent. They may not use any of my designs. ❌SadMasked_Ghost Reason- Makes spite copies of designs multiple innocent people have owned. Supports a criminal. Permanent. They may not use any of my designs. ❌
