important rules
Time frames
- deadlimes accapted if im extremely late with your commission, and you ahve received no updates beyond sketch or have yet to receive sketch-
My commissions are a none timed thing I do not and will not do dead lines i dont set myself please understand i allready act on the term that the second i accept a commission i am allrady several days late on ist completion…
if you haven’t see or heared any thing within a month of me accepting your commission your free to come bug me restlessly about it , I will get back to you as fast as I can and give my response if your not happy your free to cancel the commission but I will generally tell you if some thing has gone wrong, I will generally take any where from a few days to a month to finish depending on the commission And communication //please under stand I can't be drawing 24/7//
My longest comssion took about three months, depending on how our communication goes it may take longer.
my shortest commission took a week to complete
i will like to stress that I can be abnormally fast with sketches and smaller type commissions depending on my energy levels. and if I hyper fixate on drawing. so please be mindful that my time frame of completion my not match up with every commission
Payment
Never send payplay payment as a gift, use goods and services function, you do not need a shipping address
payments above $15 are too be paid by a invoice %50 upfront and %50 after the sketches are approved ( you will never receive a full finshed image until full payment is made you will only receive a sinplet )
You have max of two weeks to pay, falling to pay with out any piro notices (( asking for extensions, paying via payment plans.ect)) will get you a notice, after three times of this you will be black listed
—icons, chibis and some ychs i will always require full payment updront. generally anything below $15 is to be payed for upfront —
The sketch rule
I will send a sketch to make shore it's all good, you must tell me if some thing is wrong or Not because as soon as your approve I will finish the drawing and that's what you will get, my charcter sketches is basically un refined line art, I only tend to make small changes when line arting, all real changes are down in the sketching faze, so it is critical you tell me if some thing is wrong
You can ask to see siplets of coloured parts along the way, but generally I won’t send out a full any thing once I start coloring the characters or background
- there are no free alterations after the sketching phase, please make certain you are comfortable and okay with the sketch, any alteration is +$3 for each thing I must change. This does not include color alterations-
Reposting rule
I am happy for you to repost the commissions you have gotten from me on any site so as long as you have cirdited me, are not reselling the art, claiming it as your own
//note: I all so retain right to repost the Finished artwork to promote the sales of my comssions or just promote my art, ps: finshed artworks will be posted fully watermarked only to da and Instagram //
Refunds
the only time I will refund is with I have asked for payment you have sent but something has gone wrong between that time of me finishing and you sending the payment,such as , I fucked up really good, or If Life gets in the way of the commissions completion.
please understand that i cant give fullrefunds, i dont account for paypal fees in my com prices. refund amount also depend on amount of work finished.
Depending on comssions I may ask for payment after your approval of the sketch, but that will only be in case of comssions that require less effort to complete such as icons, normal shaded chibis

Filling out the from
Fill out the correct forms for your Comssion type or I will not accept, please keep things Clear, I will not accept if you don't known what you want, no really don't put surprise me any where, I don't like going in to things blind, you can even give me a small stick figure drawing of what you want if it helps
Gore and nudity rule
please do not age up your child character to get gore art if them, please do not age up young characters to get NSFW art of them I don't draw art like this for any characters under the age of 18, I will not draw NSFW if you your self are under the age of 18, thous found lieing about there age will be blcoked and have a psa wirten up
i will not and do not draw heavy fetisi art, i have a right to refuse service if i am uncomfortable
you must provide evidence of age before I do any from of NSFW or gore comssion art, evidence of age can be literally anything that contains both your name (( or your username scribbled on paper covering up your actual name )) and date of birth such as a drivers license or evidence of age card (( please cover up uneeeded information with paper or scribble over it with a drawing program))
