1. My designs are, apon purchase, free for all personal use.
2. I do not currently allow the commercial use of my adoptables [v-tuber, etc], nor do I allow my one-offs to be used as concepts for closed species. I can negotiate commercial use for my designs with an additional cost; just ask me.
3.  You may, however, turn my one-offs into an established closed species; just ask before doing so.
4.  NSFW is fine as long as both you and the character are over the age of 18, and the same goes for gore and fetish artwork. I can't control what you do, just please be an adult. 
5. My designs can be sold for the price you paid, along with the price of art.  Please be respectful with resale of my designs. I don't keep strict track of it or anything. 
6. My designs can be traded freely and gifted to others. 

REDESIGN RULES

I allow nearly free reign on redesigns of my designs.

This includes minor edits to my art in the reference - though I still must be credited for the art and design.

Though I understand that I cannot control you, please respect some wishes if you want to buy a design from me.

1. Do not white-wash my designs. This goes without saying.
   
2. I like my designs to be used; to be loved as characters - trading them is absolutely fine as I understand you sometimes do not get attached, but if you do use them a lot and treasure them, please show me! I love to see the writings and art that are rooted in my design work.

1. Add your OCs to "dreamies" folders? Sure.
2. Offer on your 'main' OCs? I will probably say no, but you are welcome to ask.
