Sorta partly making this cuz I'm slightly stressed and upset about some stuff rn (tbh just getting the stuff for this post together helped calm me down so you don't have to worry about me, I'm chill now =v= and i can overreact and get irrationally upset about stuff so I'm used to this kind of thing, I tend to bounce back to being fine p quick. So ye dw about me.)

For some of the playlists and stuff yes I'm putting like what songs are in it and that stuff cuz like- I know there are some times where a song that other people might consider happy or wholesome is just bittersweet to other people, or maybe helps sometimes but definitely would not help the current situation
Also putting a note next to some as a heads-up for other stuff cuz like- yea idk
- if you're crying, its not always a bad thing, sometimes you just gotta get it out of your system. actually sometimes holding it in just makes it worse :/
- if you're upset/angry, making a vent, drawing angry art, or maybe taking your anger out on a pillow or fruit or something can help. just don't take it out on other people ;w;
- TRY TAKING DEEP BREATHS! Trust me, they help calm down! (Like box breathing)
- If you need affirmations, look at the videos I linked below this ;w; I'd try to give my own but really I'm not good at affirmations, sorry :/
- If you're stressed bc of schoolwork piling up- sometimes it really is better to just do it. DON'T GET ME WRONG, I KNOW IT CAN BE HARD, I'M SAYING THIS FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AS SOMEONE WHO PROCRASTINATED LIKE CRAZY AND ALMOST PROCRASTINATED MY SPANISH HOMEWORK OUT OF EXISTENCE. So yes, I know how stressing it can be to see this homework piling up, especially if its because you've procrastinated it, but its usually better to do it closer to when its assigned (esp for HW assignments you have multiple days to do) before work load piles up. If you have study halls in school, take advantage of them to get assignments done, especially homework that was assigned earlier in the day!

for me, it's also kinda new year, new me. my aesthetic completely changed from last year. now i like nature, green colors, etc
so, um, i'm demolishing my room and changing everything
there's not a single color of green in my room, so it's all coming down lol
i feel like i'll be able to focus more on hw after i finish my room because i'm planing on trying a lot of new things and improving the side of my room dedicated to work
so, yeah. gonna learn some calligraphy. that'll be fun
but honestly, can i just say thanks for being there for me?
i've known you for how long? we didn't talk much at first, but bOY we have a mobbie cult later on

1) oop pFfF- ruby's also considering redoing their room cuz their aesthetic's gone from like- "glitter is my favorite color" posters, glittery pink curtain thingies, and bubblegum colored walls to like- i think they said they wanna paint it like a brown-gray or something like that? and meanwhile we have me who's room is still bright teal with like
white curtains w/ multicolored owls on them
and that isn't changing any time soon (except maybe the curtains they don't do sh!t to block out light and i'm like a friggin cave dweller lmfAO)
