Please abide by these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or trade for my designs.

"Credit & Resale"

○ Please credit my Toyhouse for designs. Do not delete and reupload to get around permissions. If you need permissions changed just ask me.

○ Once paid for, you are free to edit the design as long as you can still tell the original.

○ Obviously you may decide the sex and gender identity as you please, regardless of what I have referred to the design by.

○ When you resell, please resell for the amount you paid UNLESS it comes with extra art.

○ Don't be a scumbag and auction my designs.

○ Do not make one-off characters into closed species. The reverse of this is fine, but let me know so I can void it from my CS masterlist.

○ I do allow my designs to be vouchered if you recieved them in a trade/as a gift. As long as you are not recieving money or any form of note/bond/etc that can be redeemed for currency in any country, you are free to offer them as vouchers.

"Edits"

○ You are free to edit any and all designs you buy from me. The only thing you are not allowed to do is directly edit my artwork.

○ All changes to characters designs must be made in new, original art, created by or commissioned by you.

"Legal Rights"

○ Under no circumstances is my artwork is not to be sold for commercial use or reproduction. This includes cosplays, fursuits, charms and other hand-made crafts with the likeness of the character or illustration you obtained from me. I will take legal action against violators. I do not sell commercial rights to my art.

○ Except where stated by me, these Terms of Service include, but are not limited to: any and all original musical scores, original writing, original illustrations, original premade character designs, original hand-made crafts, etc.

○ You are not under any circumstances licensed to resell pieces or rights to pieces of my artwork.

○ Commissioning Fursuits/Cosplays/Costumes, etc. of any design created by me requires my express written consent. The reason for this is that I consider it an incredible profit to the person who takes on the commission, and essentially they are getting paid to replicate my work, creating a legal and emotional strain. Please approach me via PM with your idea and I will give you a response. I will say that USUALLY I say yes to this, but there are some exceptions or instances where I do not want my work associated with particular suit makers, seamstresses or cosplay crafters otherwise.

"Holds"

○ Typically unless I know you well and we have a history of business, I do not do holds. Exceptions are made in good faith for return buyers.

○ Do not claim a design or commission slot and purposefully ignore me in order to get an "unauthorized hold". All claims now have a 12 hour time limit. Anything not paid in that time will be cancelled.

"Payment"

○ All payments for money are to be made in USD via Paypal's invoice system. I do not currently take any other payment methods for money. I am working on setting up a coinbase profile in the future to accept cryptocurrencies like bitcoin.

○ If you use something other than USD through paypal, please convert the payment.

○ eChecks will be accepted but you will not receive your art, character, etc until it clears on my end.

○ You will receive a "Shipping update" in your paypal's attached e-mail. This is just something I have to send on my end so Paypal doesn't rip my ass open. Please feel free to just delete this email if you see it.
