I never wanted to do this but they forced my hand. I wanted to part ways peacefully and move on but they came back and wanted to cause trouble. I was trying to be nice and fair but this is being forced.

Back on June 25th, 2021, they offered $400 for an oc via payment plan to which I happily agreed to. We exchanged discord and all interactions proceeded through there. On July 10th, instead of paying part of what they owed for the oc, they commissioned me for an otter custom to which I happily accepted because I love otters. I got started asap on a sketch for them. A few days after, they filed a chargeback claiming that they paid someone else the exact same amount but they never finished it so they wanted to file a claim against them for it. I was calm about it because hey accidents can happen. They were worried at first but then happily sent $70, $30 more than originally paid so I considered it a tip, to make up for it. Later on they asked if some of what they paid can be used to get extra art of the custom to which I happily agreed to it just to be fair since they did send 30 extra. After I reminded them about the 400 they owed me for the oc, they backed out and claimed they wanted to save for a dreamie instead which inherently did screw me over because I arranged my bills around to match that payment. I had a few late fees from late payments too which did effect my credit score btw since I was a whole month late. Later down the road I got an otter oc that they absolutely loved and mentioned a decent amount of times (useful knowledge for later). Eventually I needed cash badly and they offered to buy both the otter oc they liked and the $400 oc (again). I said heck yeah for sure because I felt that they really did want to own both and help me out. On August 29th, 1 day before payments were due, they backed out yet again. I felt pretty betrayed because for almost 3 months they lead me on making me believe they were gonna pay me. I was pretty hurt over this so I calmly asked to end our friendship for the time being since that really stung but I clarified all secrets and personal info will never go public and I wish for the same for what I shared. I felt betrayed for being toyed with like that and just wanted a break for a little while. I also decided later on that night to blacklist them out of pure discomfort with working with them. Since I didn't want them to own any designs by me, I offered to give them the otter oc they liked of mine instead of the custom because what they paid me for the custom was almost exactly what the otter oc was worth. (The otter oc was worth $5 more than what they paid but I didn't mind).

I have had it. I will not allow anyone to walk all over me ever again. I'm in the hole $82 because of a lying SCAMMER. I needed that money too ya know. But not for commissioning other people, for my own damn survival.

Do not harass this person. Dont even interact with them, it isnt worth it to be dragged into this. Just block and report.
