By buying one of my designs/adopts, you agree to my TOS. If you break one of the terms, I'll be taking actions to get my design back and you'll be put on my blacklist.

• Don't resell a design for more than you've bought it, unless there's additionnal/commissioned art. (Proof is needed).

• Don't use my design for commercial use.

• I can give exceptions about commercial use, just send me a PM on TH to talk about it.

• Always credit me on other website than TH when posting art of the character. A link back to my TH or writting my TH username is enough.

• You can turn my designs into CS. Exceptions are : Kematas (Val-Shenn.net), Griffolk/Griffian (Worldofgriffia.com)

• You can't buy one of my designs if you're blacklisted.

• You're free to change details about the design, but a dragstic redesign will end up in you getting blacklisted. (Ex: You can change hue, add markings or change species but you can't change everything and ending up making the original design unrecognizable.)

• Please don't alter the original design artwork.
