Here you find the ToS regarding all type of content I sell including adoptables , customs and commissions.

MAIN RULE FOR ALL MY DESIGNS including CHARACTER & OUTFIT designs as well:
 NEVER USE unless you rightfully gained it via buying it from me or from a trade, someone who previously owned the design gifting it to you etc. I am sick and tired of especially my outfit designs being used by people who NOT gained them rightfully! 

By gaining a content I have created in any form (directly buying from me or via trade/raffle etc) means you agreed to my ToS. In case breaking my ToS you may get a warning or in extreme cases get banned from my services in any form.

I most of the time only accept PayPal/USD currency as a form of payment unless I specifically state othervise.

All the purchases (adoptables, customs, commissions etc.) are final and I am not doing refunds after you sent me the payment. In case I wouldn't be able to complete something I have promised for you in very max. a month than I would contact you personally and refund you. But this not happened since I have been running the business.

You must always credit THIS Toyhouse account of mine from now on.

All my works are NOT for commercial use and for your own personal use only.

  You are allowed to use on any gender/sex of your OCs and create any kind of stories for your own personal fun.  
  In rare cases you can co-own a design created by me as long as you and the other party agrees on it. Most common examples are when you use the adopt I made as a child you and a friend of your OC's own or a school uniform outfit adopt design I created. However please avoid more than 2 people co-owning the same design if possible.
  You are allowed to trade or raffle/gift away the designs I have created. Sometimes I might have cooldown times if it was a design you gained via a raffle.
 Re-selling is fine and I don't have the rights to govern who resells for how much stuff they rightfully own, however IF possible please re-sell my content only for the same or less amount you have purchased.
  When getting rid of the design always give out properly to the new owner the design. You not need to DM me anymore regarding ownership changes.
  You can change the character's gender and they can have any gender you want/any sexual orientation/body type.
 Slight design changes are fine like hair lenght, adding tatts and piercings, new eye colors.

  You are allowed to convert my non-CS designs to CS   BUT must ask me which species before changing since I might want to avoid being associated with certain species. Please contact me!
  It's okay to use the character for NSFW art however avoid NSFW art with minor OCs please and always use the proper warning filters! 
In case of closed species designs I am fine with NSFW art as long as the closed species's ToS allows you to as well.

  All the general closed species rules apply to my designs as well so about that please read the CS's terms of service please.

  Regarding converting a closed species design I have made: Please ask which other species you wish to convert before doing so.  Avoid character duplication please ( when you have a human form and a Xynthii form as an example and you only trade away the Xynthii form and keep the human form of the same exact design). Normally I would prefer my CS designs stay inside the CS.

  Regarding my old Booze-Shark closed species designs and some old non-closed species "prototype" Nunuke designs: The offer still stands , you are automatically allowed to convert them to Nunuke closed species (regular Nunuke- unlimited active trait amount open for use). You must send in the redesign for approval at the Nunuke World OR via the Nunuke Discord server (DM for join link).

  AVOID:
You are not allowed to claim the design as you have created it in any form!
Not allowed to make profit from my design and works. Not via NFTs , not via any commercial use way.  
Heavily change my designs. Please note me if you have questions. 
Useing my designs which not belongs to you. (So you not purchased it or got it from a trade from someone who bought it before etc.)
