TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing a character/a commission from me you automatically agree with the terms of service, they will ALWAYS be linked on the character description. If you don't follow any of this terms, you'll be blacklisted.

ADOPT TOS:
► Don't use my designs for anything offensive that promotes hate speech. (racism, LGBTphobia, bodyshaming, sexism, etc).

► I have the RIGHT to revoke the character in cases of chargebacks on paypal. That's literally the only case I'm gonna take it back to resell and solve the pendent money, unless we talk and solve it. The character will be mine untill my money is back.

► COMMERCIAL USE OF THE CHARACTER IS FINE. DON'T USE THE ART BUT YOU CAN USE THE CHARACTER.

► Don't sell my designs or buy a commission from me to anyone in my blacklist.

► If the higher bidder doesn't pay, the second higher will win the character. You have 24h to pay.

► About HOLDS. Normally I avoid doing holds so please avoid asking for these. Only ask if you're sure about the purchase or have purchased other characters already from me or from Amphoire, I will not hold the character for more than 4~7 days. If you fail to pay or let me know about anything, you'll be blacklisted and blocked everywhere. I need money to pay bills so I can't be ghosted.

► DON'T REMOVE THEM FROM TH I BEG YOU I ALWAYS HAVE FREE TH CODES TO GIVE PLEASE ASK ME FOR ONE IF SELLING FOR SOMEONE OFF-SITE.

► After purchase you can change anything, the char is yours!!

►Don't resell them for more than you paid for, if they don't have extra art.

 ►If you're bidding on my characters I'll always take a look at your accounts or throw your nickname on google if they're empty or don't have any proof of recent purchases. I may ask for a proof or something for safety things. If I find any suspicious things I have the right to decide not to sell the characters even for AB (most of my adopts don't have an AB, so that's a hiphotetic situation). That includes: old comments asking to answer to pms being ignored, recent bewares on your name (unless they are personal drama like a fight between frens. i'll consider only serious things) or anything big. Sometimes even not having big old purchases (mostly being $10, $5, etc etc) and offering like $200 on an adopt. Everytime I accept offers from accounts that doesn't spent that much usually it ends up being an impulse purchase and they ask for refund, so I'm taking care now.

► DO NOT RECOLOR, TRACE OR EDIT MY ART. STARTING BY TODAY (01/26/2022) I'LL BE BLACKLISTING EVERYONE WHO DO THIS WITHOUT MY DIRECT PERMISSION.

► DO NOT change the type of hair of my characters with dreads. If you want to draw them without dreads, do it as curly/frizzy. DO NOT do any other type of hair, it would be racist as hell.

COMMISSION TOS:
►I can cancel your commission if I don’t feel comfortable with it;

►PLEASE don't recolor or make any change in my art without asking me. Just ask me if you want to do it, or commission me to do it for you! Don't do it without MY DIRECT PERMISSION.

►I do not make commissions on other artist's bases;

►I do not make commissions on other people's art style;

►I can refuse your commission if I have a previous problem with you or if I am not comfortable with your request;

►Me, the artist, can post the art on my social networks and use it to promote my work;

►If you want to post the drawing somewhere, give me the credits, always;

►You cannot sell my art, take credit for it or remove my assignature;

►I will work on commissions everyday, except for sunday, so please keep that on mind!

►I'll only do 2 changes on the sketch, 2 on the lineart and 2 on the base colors. Any more than that will be add +$1 / R$5 on the base price. PLEASE keep your idea on mind in the BEGGING of the order. Thank you!

►I prefer to work with references, not text! (customs are out of this, but it is much better to work with images than with a lot of text in them too, there are more chances for me to get right what you want!);

►You can only change the character up to the line, and only once. After I have done the lineart, it is no longer possible to change the character (I will make exceptions if I take more than a month on your order);

►Changes during the WIPs, after the completed drawing I will not change anymore;

►I WILL send you WIPs;

►I can usually spend up to a month on a commission, but I always finish it. If I take longer than that on any of your commissions, check my To Do List, and if your commission isn't there, remind me of it.
