First and foremost before you buy a character from me or from anyone, it's important to make sure that this in not an impulse purchase. I'm not trying to tell you what to do, but I've regretted buying things on impulse before. Check if you have enough money for this purchase, remembering that art is a luxury, not something you must have. Think about whether this character is something you'll like for a long time and if it fits your budget. I want to remind you to think it over, and this advice comes from my own experiences, not to control your choices, but as a friendly suggestion. :]

HOLDS: Before asking for a hold PLEASE be 100% sure you will be able to pay for the character. I understand that situations come up and I would GREATLY appreciate a heads up if the payment will be delayed or you will no longer be able to buy them. Also before I place a character on hold I will need to know the date that you will be able to send the payment. I am only comfortable with holding a character for 3 weeks. This can however be discussed if needed. * I require a upfront 10% non refundable down payment if a character is $150+ and if the hold is expected to exceed 2 weeks.

PAYMENT PLANS: I accept payment plans for characters that are $75+ (however this can be discussed if needed). * I will require a upfront 10% non refundable down payment for characters that are $150+. I would prefer if the payment plan is under 2 months long, though if this is not doable longer plans can be discussed. I will need to know the dates when you will be able to send the parts of the payment plan. I will also need to know how long the payment plan is going to be.

*I'm asking for a 10% non-refundable down payment because when a character is put on hold or pending without receiving payment or communication, I end up losing potential earnings. This down payment ensures a commitment from the buyer and compensates for the lost opportunity to sell the character during the pending period. It's a measure to safeguard against financial losses and helps in maintaining fairness in the process. This way, both parties can proceed with the transaction confidently, knowing that the character will not be held without a genuine intention to complete the purchase.

In the event of no communication for a period exceeding three months, which means if I send a message and see that message has been viewed and receive no response during that timeframe, the character will be made available again for offers.

By purchasing a character from me via hold or payment plan you are agreeing to these terms. I apologize if any of my TOS sounds a bit harsh,, recently Ive been ghosted A LOT and its been super frustrating for me as I've kinda been in and out of a bad financial situation lately and I normally don't rely on selling characters, but I've been needing the extra cash to help pay for my bills.
