GENERAL DESIGN RULES

These rules apply to all designs linked to this account.

Buying

• Purchase claims are reached through comments on the adopt submission only. DMs asking to place bids or ab an adopt will be ignored.
• All adopt payments are to be made in USD through Paypal via invoice.
• Small holds are alright but have to be specified in the purchase claim before buying. 
• If payment isn't received within 24 hours after I have contacted you the adopt will be put up for sale again.

Reselling

• You may resell a design but not for more than you've paid for unless there's extra artwork
• the price can be raised to the equivalent price of any extra art you have bought or made of them, gift art cannot be added to the pricetag.

• If you recieved one of my designs throuhg a trade or gift you cannot add a pricetag to it yourself
• They can only be traded or gifted unless there's added art

• You are free to make minor edits to your adopt as you please as long as the adopt is still recognizable.
  • i.e: Gender,Hair color/length, eye color, skin color, clothes, etc. etc.
• You may not turn any of my designs into a CS without letting me know first. Most of the time i'm alright with it, i just want to know. 

• UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS MY ART ALLOWED TO BE TRACED, COPIED, OR REFERENCED.
• Owner of adopt in question is free to use the artwork for page-sitters, character profiles sites, etc.
• You may edit my adopt art but it must still be credited to me.
• Do not remove or cover my watermark.
