| Permissions • Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. My artwork, both personal and commissioned, is not permitted for commercial use. • You are not allowed to trace, heavily reference, edit, or claim my art as your own. Client may add filters or text to commissioned artwork. • My signature cannot be removed or hidden. • You may not repost art that you did not commission from me, even if you provide credit. • Commissioned art may be used by the client as icons, banners, and to promote their character. Clients may post commissioned art to their own social media as long as proper credit (written credit or a link to my DeviantART or Toyhou.se) is provided. • I hold the right to refuse any commission. • I hold copyright ownership over my artwork. • I may post commissioned artwork to my own social media or use it to promote my commissions. I will provide credit to the owner of the character. If you do not want me to share your commissioned art, please clarify upfront when purchasing a commission. • I may share Work-In-Progress (WIP) artwork with trusted friends, but never publicly. • I will not draw NSFW or fetish artwork, nor will I make art promoting racism, LGBTQ+phobia, pedophilia, xenophobia, and hate speech. • I do not support NFTs. My artwork, both commissioned and personal work, should never be sold as or used for NFTs. | Communication • Allow me up to a week to start on your commission. From then, it may take me a few days to a couple of weeks to finish your commission. • Please use only one form of contact. If you contact me on Discord, continue using Discord until the commission is complete. • I will send a WIP sketch of your commission. It is meant for you to critique and tell me of any changes you would like me to make. You are welcome to edit or redline a WIP if you want something to look specific - NOT to finish the artwork. You are not allowed to post my WIP sketches publicly. • WIP images are watermarked and at a lower resolution than the final piece. • Additional WIP images will be provided upon request. • Major changes to the pose, expression, and design cannot be made once I start on linework. • Small details such as missed markings, color correction, and accessories can be changed anytime. Do not share my PayPal information publicly. • I require full payment before you receive the finished artwork. If I have not received full payment by the time the artwork is finished, I will let you know and wait for payment. • If a commission is finished but unpaid, you have 14 days afterward to pay. If you need more time, I can extend it. If you have not paid after 14 days, you will not receive the finished piece. • Commissioned artwork will not be shared publicly until it is finished and paid in full. • Commissioned artwork of a character adds value equal to the price of a commission. If you paid for a $5 doodle, it adds $5 of value to the character. Refunds • If you decide to cancel a commission at any time, you will not receive the finished art and it will not be posted publicly. • If you cancel a commission before I start on linework OR if I cancel the commission at any point in progress, you will receive a full refund. • If you cancel a commission after I start on linework, you will receive a refund that is half the value of the commission. • If I learn that my artwork is intended to be used for NSFW content, hate speech, or as an NFT, the art will be taken down and you will not receive a refund. |
