I'm aroace (no romantic or sexual attraction), but also cupioromantic (The desire to be in a romantic relationship)

Very unfortunate combination

because no matter how badly i want to be in a romantic relationship

I will never be attracted to anyone.

I like to call it a hopeless, hopeless romantic. /lh

Sometimes I wish I could pretend to be alloromantic so then I could be in a relationship

but then it wouldn't be fair to the person i was with

because I wouldn't have any attraction to them

no matter how much I liked them in all the ways that matter to me.

Another thing:

Because I talk about relationships a lottt

people dont even consider me aroace

so i'm invalidated by everyone else

as well as myself

I wish i was just alloromantic

how much easier it would be
