Art / Commissions:

General:

• I can refuse your commission/request for any reason.
• When commissioning me fill in the correct form.
• Write in clear what you want. 
• Provide clear references.
• Any rude and bad behavior will not be tolerated.

WILL DO:

• Humans/Humanoids
• Furries/Antro
• Feral/Animals
• Tech
• Creepy designs
• Suggestive designs (will not do if you are a minor)

WON’T DO (or can’t do) :

• Mech
• Gore & Violnace
• depictions of abuse

Process:

• you can ask for a progress update when ever you wish.
• if you don’t ask for progress updates I will only show you the progress if I’m unsure of something or you have asked. 
• major changes can only be made during progress updates
• If you harass me about the processes I will cancel your commission and you will be put onto my blacklist.
• Before I send you the invoice for the commission I will send you a “final” image so we can discuss any SMALL changes to be made. 
• Once the payment is made I will not make any changes.

Payment:

• i only accept, Money, DA points or Amino Coins.
• Money will be sent via PayPal
• do not send the payment until i say so.
• You must pay rather: All up front / half up front and half once done.
• only people on my whitelist can pay how every they want.
• You will be sent the final unwatermarked version of the work once the payment has been made.

Refunds:

• i’ll may refund you if I has yet to or only just started on the work, other wise i will not offer a refund

Usages:

• you must give credit to me for the art work & can not claim that you made it
• Any art you have commissioned from me is for personal use only.
• You CAN use the commissioned work for: personal art collections, digital wallpapers for devices, decorating your web page, printing out for yourself, ect.
• You can NOT use the commissioned work for: making profits, selling products with the design on it, make into NFTs ect.
• I am allowed to use the commission work for whatever reason: portfolio, commission examples, ect.

Adopts:

DO NOT SELL ANY OF MY DESIGNS TO PEOPLE ON MY BLACK LIST

General:

• i can refuse to sell you the adopt for what ever reason
• Write in clear what you want. 
• Any rude and bad behavior will not be tolerated. you will not get the adopt and you will be put onto my blacklist.

Reselling/trading/gifts:

• you may trade / gift the designs
• you can resell the design for what ever reason.
• you can not resell the design for more then the original price, unless it comes with extra content (art, literature, ect.).
• you may buy an adopt for someone else

Payment:

• You will be sent the final unwatermarked version of the work once the payment has been made.

Holds:

• you may ask to hold an adopt
• i will only hold and adopt for 48 hours
• if you do not fulfill the hold the adopt will be opened

Refunds:

• I do not do refunds for adopts.

Redesigns:

• you are free to change an adopts gender/sex and/or outfits
• small edits are fine but keep the design clearly recognizable.

Usages:

• You can NOT use adopts for: making profits, selling products with the design on it, making into NFTs ect.
