Copyright and Usage Policy
- I retain the right to use the art as an example of my work.
- I reserve the right to modify and reuse unwanted sketches at any point.
- I cannot claim the Intellectual Property and/or use it for personal or commertial use.
- My art may not be used for profit.
- Credit is required when reuploading my art. Link my DA or TH.
- You may make minor edits like resizing or cropping but larger edits require permission.
Payment
- All payment will be in USD through PayPal or CashApp.
- Payment information will be through DMs for both of our safety.
- Half payment is due up front with the other half to receive the final image.
- Some factors, such as complexity or deadlines may raise the price but will be discussed before.
- Once I start your commission, I will not refund the full amount.
- Sketching Phase: 75% refund
- Lineart Phase: 50% refund
- Coloring Phase and Beyond: no refund
Other Information
- Progress pictures and other discourse will take place over Discord (n3rdyn1nj4#2091) or email ([email protected]).
- I have the right to refuse commissions if they or the person who made the request make me uncomfortable.
- Changes can only be made during the sketching process. Once I start lineart, it's staying like it is.
- The final piece can have either a transparent or colored shape background.
