OAT TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT/REFUND

-paypal in USD only

-refunds are not allowed UNLESS oat takes longer than their drawing time period (2 months)

-adopts made by oat are not refundable once purchased.

-chargebacks will be blacklisted and alerted to the community so you do not scam more artists out of their hard work.

OAT

- oat has copyright over their work and can use their art in any way. 

* oat can use their art on their portfolio, commission examples, social media, etc. *

- oat has all rights to intellectual property but will not resell their designs for personal and commercial projects without permission from the commissioner.

- if blacklisted/charge back/adopt abuse, oat has the right to revoke the rights of a design/adopt from buyer to resell to someone with no malicious intent.

- oat is allowed to refuse their services to anyone.

- oat will blacklist if harassed for free art as it make oat uncomfy

- random oat art is all oat's choice. oat will not draw freebies for you if oat does not want to.

TERMS OF USE

- all purchases made from oat are personal use only. 

-do not use this work for any other commercial use (vtuber, book, anything that generates currency) without paying commercial use fee.

- commercial use fee is 2x original price and must be purchased at the same time as product.

-you are acknowledging that the work you are buying is specifically digital goods related which cannot be claimed as a physical item.

- credit either oat @ th // oatkay @ dA/insta for all oat work

-you may not recreate my intellectual property as it is copyrighted and protected by law.

-if purchase a design or adopt by me you only get the rights for personal use of that specific design unless you alerted oat about paying for commercial use.

-After purchase, the design is still oat's intellectual property as it was made by oat. oat has partial rights to the adoptable.

- do not alter oat artwork without permission. 

OTHER:

- oat will start artwork AFTER payment. oat will never start until paid.

- oat normally does not show sketch as they draw all at once and is not obliged to show sketch.

- oat will do up to 2 edits. if any more than that or commissioner wants a redraw, you will be charged and if so oat will not start until paid.

* oat is usually very nice and tries to show stuff and edit... this is so people will not take advantage of. *

-prices on commission sheet are final unless oat says otherwise.

-commission time depends on oat's schedule. guaranteed to be between 2 days - 2 month time period.

- oat does not do deadlines. deadlines stress. oat works from order of commission.

OAT NOT COMFY WITH BUT STILL DRAW

- furries/snout 

-weapons?

- bit of mechanical gear (not full robot)

- just barely NSFW... it make oat uncomfy...

OAT WILL NOT DRAW

- any fetish

-fully mechanoid

- old people

- bara

- gore

-anything offensive or inappropriate

- scary things

ADOPTABLE TOS

by purchasing any oat adoptable or design, this means you have both read and accepted oat's tos and oat's adoptable tos.

- oat has the right to resell adopt if revoked from chargeback/blacklist purposes. 

YOU MAY/DO NOT:

- only sell adopt bought from oat for the price you bought it for + the amount of art you purchase for the adopt. do NOT upcharge!!

-trading is allowed for any oat design.

- any freebie/giveaway/won designs can ONLY be gifted.

- do not trace or blatantly/maliciously copy oat's designs. 

- you can turn oat's design into a cs only if you own that cs's myo slot. but you do NOT have the rights to edit oat's art to it without permission.

- changes are always allowed to the design just do not edit oat's art without permission.
