I’m lenient on most things, I’m not super strict or mean! But that doesn’t mean you can intentionally be rude. Just don’t be mean and we’ll get along fine :]

- don’t steal my designs or characters. Inspiration is fine, but I’d prefer no heavily referencing or copying

- referencing colors is fine! I’d prefer no exact colorpicking however I don’t own colors, so as long as you don’t copy the design it’s chill

- don’t offer picrew/dollmaker/artbreeder/gacha chars with no extra art, images, or information

- purchased designs are yours + you can do whatever you like with it, including redesigns / design edits

- you can gift, trade, resell any ocs you get but you can’t sell it for more than what you paid unless it has extra art. be reasonable with added value pls

- please don’t put my ocs up for free or offers right after you get them

- do not delete my designs off toyhouse!! If you wanna trade offsite, please contact me first!

- if you are going to close your account, please let me know and if you no longer wish to have my designs, please trade them back to me! Closed accounts make it very very difficult for me to keep track of where my designs go!

- don’t guilt trip me or be passive aggressive with me either. Tone is hard for me to read sometimes so tone indicators are a huge help

- don’t ghost me. If you want to back out on an offer please say so. I’ll ask for updates occasionally, but if there has been total radio silence for 3 months I’ll put the character back ufo + I’ll try to refund what I can (sorta lenient because I forget + lose track of time sometimes)

- if you’re not interested in an offer I make, please let me know! No hard feelings; I just want confirmation

- if you’re reading this then when you offer in your comment put your favorite animal emoji

- if according to your tos you can reclaim your designs at any time please don’t offer

- when I lose things / am unable to find things I get VERY panicky so please be mindful of that ty

- please do not remove my favorite from a character. I do not have dreamie folders and my favorites are not a shopping list
