Due to recent events, it seems that I needed to make a tos as to set boundaries with my customers. Feel free to comment if you have questions about my tos

Commission/Design T.O.S

- I am allowed to deny/cancel a commission at any time with full refund

-I expect payment after an approved wip is sent . I will not continue until payment is made. You can cancel the commission up until this point 

- I allow minor changes to the finished product. For major changes please inform me when the wip is sent

-if you are not satisfied with your finished commission (after I allow you to make revisions) I do not allow refunds as I already put effort into make you a piece and I’m willing to change what’s needed to make it to your liking 

-Do not use my art for anything but personal use (you may use for pfp, wallpapers etc) I do not allow use of my art for selling of things like items to others or NFTS

-Do not claim my art as your own/trace/heavily reference my art and/or characters 

-if bidding for a design or commission, DO NOT back out if you don’t have the funds to bid/claim or you will be blacklisted. This includes not being able to pay after a hold. My max is a week (my blacklist is private, if you think you might be blacklisted you’re welcome to dm me for the reason)

-you may alter designs you get from me however, you may not claim the design as your own

- if you want to void a closed species design of mine please inform me first before doing so

-breaking of any of these rules will result in a possible blacklist

     Character Design use

- You may make any lore,name, orientations, etc. to designs you own by me.

- You may redesign characters made by me, however you must keep them somewhat similar to the original design (accessories and clothes are free to change however)

- Do not “merge” my designs with another character. This includes using my design as an alt form for other characters (species transformations are ok) my designs must remain their own character.

-Do NOT use my designs for NSFW purposes. Having it included in their lore and such is ok. Just don’t have them just to commission/draw nsfw art of them 

-Please contact me if you want to use my design for a closed species/species transformations as there are some species I would not be comfortable having my designs in.

-Personal and commissioned art add on to the value of the design and you’re welcome to tally up a CV (current value) how you see fit. However I do not allow my designs to be resold for monetary value if they weren’t bought with USD or species currency from me

-do not delete my designs
