Your Cheruby was out picking up sea shells at the beach. They suddenly came across a wondering stranger. How strange, they seem to be wearing some type of cloak. (During the summer? Really?) They suddenly made an offer for those sea shells and hands your Cheruby a glowing potion for a trade, which was accepted. They then utter the words to drink it to see more about the oceans waters. Taste likeโฆ some type of spaghetti sauce. Your Cheruby suddenly collapse and now is awoken inside the oceans water. They look around and realized, OH NO, THEY'RE A MERMAID!
Donโt worry, and donโt be afraid because itโs ONLY TEMPORARY! Though itโs best to just have fun underwater while it last
Show your cheruby as a Non-Canon Mermaid around other sea life, crafting, or other activities under water!
NOTE: These forms will not be canon to the actual species itself! This is only for fun for the Mermay month! You can, however, make a AU version if you wish, but must have the bridles removed to make your Cheruby a AU version.
- Duration: May 6th - June 6th
- Drawn and written entries accepted.
- Submissions must include at least one cheruby and be a drawn halfbody colored sketch or 350 words in writing.
- Members without a cheruby, or want to include more cherubies, can visit the volunteer channel on discord or use the species NPCs.
- Non-cheruby characters are permitted but the cheruby characters must be the main focus of the entry. Non-cheruby characters will not count towards bonus chrysent.
- Collaborating with other cheruby members is allowed, the rewards will be split evenly between the participants!
- Keep all content SFW, entries with explicit material of any sort will result in a suspension from species participation.
