TERMS OF SERVICE

Make sure to read thoroughly!

general t.o.s

Breaking my terms of service may lead to varying actions ranging from mild warnings to banning and blocks.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN MY T.O.S BE OVERWRITTEN UNLESS WE'VE AGREED OTHERWISE.

Okay to do!

Draw giftart.
Put my OCs in dreamie folders.
Draw my OCs interacting with yours.
Draw gore with my OCs.
Draw my OCs in anthro form/body.
Draw my OCs as other kinds of animal species.
Dm me questions/concerns.
Critise/educate me if you feel I act or do something you consider bad/wrong.
Ask people to remove reuploaded content I've made on my behalf.

Absolutely don't!

NFT/AI are not welcome here and any involvement with such is an immediate block.
Feeding my work or characters into AI in any way is also blatant and extrenely hurtful theft and completely forbidden.
Same goes for proshippers, racists, zoophiles, it's an immediate block and ban everywhere (very appreciated being dmed/made aware if I happen to unknowingly follow people involved with any of that shit.
Draw my OCs as humans/humanify /anthro is fine, just no human faces ever).
Roleplay/using my OCs and art of them (by me or others).
Take my OCs customized page codes (also breaks most coders' T.O.S).
Kin my characters.
Accuse others of style theft/tracing on my behalf (contact me instead).
Make fan-ocs for my clans/story.
Steal/copy/heavily reference my OCs' designs
Make remarks/call my art/OCs "hot", "sexy" etc. As an asexual on the very end of the spectrum I'm extremely uncomfortable with any implications, art or remarks in any matter involving myself or my characters; jokes or not.
Ask for free art/art lessons.
Draw NSFW with my OCs in any form or version.
Post my work unless it was made for you.
Make AUs and children for my OCs.

Please make sure to pass on the T.O.S before trading/selling a design I've made!.
You can find characters' codes in the small symbols at the bottom of their respective pages.
All my backgrounds and gifs are from Unsplash and Pinterest.

I don't do pinglists for anything!
Trades are only ever done with close mututals and my inspirations, please don't ask.
You can take color inspiration/color drop if it's not the exact same placement/pattern wise to the point of looking too similar etc.
You can take pattern inspiration if they're designed differently enough and have another palett + more differentiating traits.
I do not have issues with people having my OCs as systems/interjects, but the same art/character T.O.S applies in not wanting my characters/work used on socials etc please.
Moderators will only assist in contacting someone if I'm previously blocked/become blocked upon communication regarding art theft/tracing/other isses.
If I find issues with plagiarism/inspiration being too close for comfort or other I will privately contact you to express my concerns, it's never gonna be public, it's never gonna be forced to change and it's a matter of personal comfort or experiencing that my work is being used for monetary or social profit.
If you are blocked it's usually for said personal comfort and shouldn't be taken as an act done to hurt anyone, it's to place a wall of space where neither party can interact and due to overwhelming and negative past experiences it's easier for me to set boundaries this way than having to risk experiencing distressing conflicts.
If you're blocked for seemingly no reason there is also chance someone in your proximity has been ip-blocked and it's come to affect your account.
Being blocked does not prevent using purchased bases, however blacklisting does. This includes unrelated reasons as well as base usage being the reason for blacklisting.
My platform size & age shouldn't invalid my experiences and feelings, I try my best to resolve issues that may occur but having been put through a lot of shitty situations that can't be publically acknowledged I've become anxious, afraid and extremely stressed. I ask for my right to express my own concerns or when boundaries are overstepped, as well as keeping an open mind to discuss and communicate. With having to see and read fake allegations and events that's been spun to something different I encourage being open to seek both sides of any story.

Design t.o.s

if you are caught breaking certain t.o.s you will be blacklisted from owning my designs as well as banned and blocked.

none of my designs can have any of my t.o.s overwritten.

Do's!

Have a character share the same name (Do not go by Louixie as your own user/using it for an oc makes me uncomfortable).
Trade/sell a design off from toyhou.se.
Resell a previously purchased adopt for the same price + commissioned + personal artwork.
Use for Roleplay/personal stories/mascots etc.
Use any of my art of said design for icons/banners etc (credit is appreciated).
Ask for help promoting an adopt (I have designed) that is being put up for offers.
DM me if someone owning a design may be problematic in general/breaking my T.O.S.

Don'ts!

Have a design with more than one toyhou.se account.
CO own/resell an owned half without my acknowledgement or confirmation.
Increase an adopt's price through giftart/trades/free art.
Set up trade locks/tradebacks with my designs
Resell a previously traded design (unless it's with a design I have made and which was originally sold for the same value as yours).
Color drop/copy/ripoff my designs.
Heavily reference my designs/patterns/color schemes as well as stories/clans/logos etc.
Heavily alter my designs without my confirmation.
Make breedables/breeding charts using my designs.
Sell a design that was aquired through trade/gifts.
Sell/trade to a blacklisted person (must be recalled if you were unaware of it before completing the trade).
Make carbon copies/heavily similar designs for a design's family etc.
Have the character engage in unnacceptable behaviour (pedohilic relationships/zoophilic acts etc).
Remove my watermark from a character's gallery pieces.

BLACKLIST

Harassment/distasteful actions towards any blacklisted member is unacceptable and will result in a blacklist in return. It is not meant for people to go out of their way to harm people I or others have had negative experiences with,am uncomfortable with or am un comfortable doing business with.

I'm avoiding public explanations for people's safety and to avoid further conflicts.
In case of concern/awareness you may dm in private for context but I am also not obligated to tell you.

ART T.O.S

TRACING/STEALING MY WORK IS A NO TOLERANCE ACT AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BLOCK AND BANS.

CONTINOUS INSTANCES OF HEAVY INSPIRATION/COPYING AFTER BEING WARNED WILL RESULT IN BLOCKS AND BANS.

Blocks may be lifted over time if clear improvement and no more instances of problematic behaviour/acts are present.

If I have made art specifically for you/of your OC:

You may use it as icon/banner etc (Preferably with credit)
You may alter/edit/change small parts to fit different situations (asking for confirmation is preffered).
Never sell it as merch/prints etc.
You may print it etc for personal use.
Please avoid posting high res images without my watermark (you can ask for it to be watermarked).
You may add my logo to art missing it.
Never use my work for harmful propaganda/messages.
Never increase the price worth for more than what you bought it for (e.g. if my prices change it's worth should not be altered to it.)
Never resell the art to someone else (this excludes OCs being sold and the art that comes with it).

If my art hasn't been made specifically for you:

Never use my work as icons/banners etc (especially my OCs).
Never use my art/animations in edits/compilations.
Never repost my work anywhere (even with credit given).
Never recolor/use my lineart.
Never alter/edit or change parts of my work.
Never claim it was made for you/you have permission to use it.
You may use my canon warriors designs in MAPs/projects (T.O.S!)
Never use my work for harmful propaganda/messages.
Never claim the character depicted to be someone else (e.g. claiming an OC is a canon character).

Other notes

NEVER trace my work (unless private practise that is never ever posted online) & NEVER steal or claim to have drawn my work.
Do not rip off my art style (this also includes my chibi and googly eyed style). My art is my main income and it's hurtful both mentally and financially.
You can take inspiration when it comes to color/composition and concepts etc as long as it isnt directly copied and still has distinct differences.
You can take pose inspiration if it's redrawn in your style and doesn't keep all the exact same style/character traits.
I'm not planning on ever making an eye tutorial as it's one of the few distinct style traits that doesn't feel copied/ripped off daily ,,

Hello! I am a huge fan of yours ^^ Im pretty new to Toyhouse, and I was wondering if it would be alright for me to take some inspiration from the tos layout that you have. My coding is... well it's non existant so it won't be a complete carbon copy with the glowing letters and the colours and all that, but I still do like the format. Hi, although I don’t have any personal issues myself I have both mutuals and friends of mutuals who’ve expressed discomforts with you, one of which being block evasion like this, ghosting on designs among others albeit old stuff now I suppose. It was mentioned many have unlocked/removed you off blacklists as well and I honestly don’t know the depths of it nor what’s happened, I just stayed vary

For the past couple of years I’ve been off and on the internet due to health/medication issues so there’s been times I’ve commit to buy a design from others, haven’t been online to respond and have seen they’ve blocked me before I could respond- as far as other cases I’d be happy to PM so this comment section doesn’t become messy!

Was wondering about the way you draw eyelashes, are we allowed to duplicate that style? If you don't know what I mean: you know how you've outlined each of Crow's lashes and then coloured them in? I was wondering if that's something you considered to be a trademark of your work (not to be copied) or if its something others can also use?

Bit of a wacky question, but I feel as though the lashes add a lot of emotion, and I wanted to run it buy you before I started to use the technique myself. I absolutely love what you do and Crow's story and I don't want to do anything that will hurt your work financially.
