I recently started writing a new short story and posted the first chapter up on DA today!

The story is about a grumpy old dragon who stumbles across an abandoned dragon egg; he decides to take it in and raise it himself, and events unfold from there. It's probably going to have around six chapters and I've already written five of them, so I can update the story daily.

The characters are completely new and were created specifically for this story, so you don't need to know anything about my other stories/characters to be able to read it. (They don't even have TH profiles, though I might give them some in the future.)
