Adopts, Customs, and Commissions

By Commissioning me you understand that I may take up to two months to complete your art piece depending on difficulty, art que, and life issues. I attend conventions and need to constantly make art for them, meaning that when a convention is approaching all commissions get put on pause for a week while I fuss with convention stuff. I WILL Keep you in the loop about what is going on with me.

• ALL copyrights of art created remains with me, meaning that I may use it in promotions to showcase what I can do. I will never resell or redistribute work done for you.
• I reserve the right to refuse your customs or commission without reason.
• You may use the characters from me for any Personal use, such as icons, themes, wallpapers, and person web page display.
• You must credit me when you share my work with a link back to my toyhou.se or deviantart profile
• You cannot make profit off of any of my works in any way shape or form.

Sale and Resale

this is for if you wish to sell or trade designs to new owners

• You may resell at any time for the price you paid + the price of additional artworks you paid for.
• You may resell MYO slots for the price you paid. If it was earned, it needs to be designed before it can be traded or sold.
• You may not sell, trade, or gift designs to anyone on my blacklist.

Payment

This section is in regards to all payments for my labour, and services.

• I will NOT start a piece until you have paid.
• Payment plans for orders over $100 can be worked out.
• Once started on art, payments are non-refundable.
• You have 30 days to pay, unless I say otherwise.
• Forms of Payment Include:
  • USD via Pypal
  • Points via Deviantart (100 = 1USD)
  • Certain Group currencies (just ask)
• I reserve the right to refund you if for any reason I am unable to complete your request.
