| ✦ I reserve the right to refuse your request. ✦ Please be patient. Orders may take 1 week to 3 months or more depending on the waiting list or my personal occupations, if there is any delay, you will be notified. ✦ I ask for not very complicated clothing designs especially, if there is any that need it will have an extra cost. ✦ English is not my first language, so please avoid using difficult words. ✦ I will send previews for your approval before finalizing if requested. You can make major changes only at the sketch stage. - 3 changes, sketch - 2 changes, lineart and color ✦ Major changes after finalization come with additional costs. ✦ Please don't ask me to replicate drawing or painting styles of other artists, I will only handle my style. ✦ I always send the finished drawings with 2 to 4 watermarks, depending on how big the drawing is, this is to protect my work, I will try to place them as less visible as possible, so they don't disturb the view of the drawing. ✦ I will send the works in "Sta.sh Storage" link which is the cloud belonging to DeviantArt, you only need to press the "download" button to have it at maximum quality, but I can also send it to personal email if you want. ✦ Harassment, false offers, ignoring notes/payment will be put under observation if continued you will be permanently banned. | ⊱ Commission order |
| ✦ Please use the form provided in my commission magazines to order. ✦ If you wish to order multiple commissions please make a separate form, to make the correct payment count. ✦ No more than 4 characters per drawing. ✦ You must respect the waiting list, if you need the drawing for a specific date it will have an extra cost. ✦ if the commission is a private request let me know in the message. ✦ Changes will only be made in sketch and lineart time, few color changes, any additional changes will have an extra cost. ✦ To order, you can send me a private message or message in a commission post. If your commission is private I will add you to the list as a "Customer". REFERENCES ✦ Send me REFERENCES OF THE CHARACTER, UNMARKED AND FULL SIZE WITH ITS COLOR PALETTE. ✦ Each character added above the 4 allowed, if more than 4 characters will cost more than the original cost. ✦ Depending if the character has a lot of complicated details it will cost extra. ✦ Changing characters is ok as long as i have not started with your order, if i start and you want to change it will have an extra cost. ✦ Please describe as best as you can how you want your commission, you can send me images from google, pinterest, etc, DON'T SEND DOWNLOAD LINKS. |

| ✦ Payments can be made through PAYPAL, PAYHIP or KO-FI. ✦ Payment must be paid in USD. ✦ PayPal payments must be paid to the email that will be provided. ✦ PAYHIP payments will be provided a private link to the buyer. ✦ KO-FI payments must be by way of donation. ✦ I don't accept deviantart points unless stated in my initial commission post. ✦ I will only start the drawing with 100% of the payment sent. PAYMENT PLANS ✦ One week will be given to pay the commission, please if you do not have the payment between the week wait, unless an emergency occurs, if it extends to more than a month you will be placed on observation. ✦ Payment must be in full, if you wish to pay in halves first consult with me. ✦ Please be absolutely sure when committing to purchase. If you back out or cancel, your deposit will not be refunded. |
| ⊱ Cancellation and Refunds |
| ✦ I don't give refunds. ✦ If at any time you behave rudely or offensively to me, I may cancel the commission and will refund only half of the payment. ✦ You can only cancel your commission if you have not yet SENT the payment. ✦ If you see any errors / mistakes in the sketch, please point them out so I can fix them. ✦ I will not redo a commission. |

| ✦ Commissioned works are for personal, non-commercial use. ✦ I am not allowed to sell or profit monetarily of any kind from my artwork. ✦ Commissioners may use or upload the finished artwork to their own gallery or websites, as long as I am credited. ✦ I have the right to post finished commissions in my gallery and on social media, unless I am informed that it is a private commission. ✦ If you place an order you are agreeing to work with all my terms and conditions. |

You cannot steal, claim, trace, edit the commissioned art for what ever the reason may be.
