BY COMMISSIONING ME AND/OR OBTAINING MY WORK IN ANY WAY, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE

• GENERAL •

• as the creator, i own all copyrights over my work 

• any commissioned/obtained work is for owner's personal use only unless discussed otherwise

• you may not steal, copy, heavily reference, reuse, edit, sell, redistribute, profit or make merchandise out of my work 

• you may repost my work only upon previous discussion and with proper credit given 

• COMMISSIONING •

• i have the right to decline your commission request if i feel uncomfortable about it in any way 

• i have the right to reproduce, distribute or use the purchased piece as an example for self promotion (I will not use the piece for merchandise unless discussed otherwise)

• if you do not want me to post your commission online , inform me while placing a commission request 

• you may adjust your commission request unless i have already passed the sketching process 

• you may drastically change your commission request unless i have already started the sketching process 

• you may cancel the commission at any time, however, you will not receive any product regarding the commission even if it has already been worked on.

• PAYMENTS •

• the payment should be made only after your commission is accepted 

• the payment must be completed before i start working on your commission (HOWEVER I am willing to work after being giving half payment, piece will not be delivered until payment is complete) 

• all payments will be done in USD currency unless stated otherwise 

• all payments will be done via paypal invoice or paypal.me link unless stated otherwise 

• DELIVERY •

• the delivery of a single artwork may take up to 3 months unless stated otherwise 

• if you wish to have your commission done within a specific time period, it may raise the commission's original price 

• you may ask me for progress shots throughout the whole drawing process 

• once the commission is done, you will receive an artwork in full resolution either via private message, comment response , or other discussed methods

• you are responsible for saving artwork files on your device, as i tend to clean my sta.sh regularly 

• CORRECTION •

• if i make a noticeable mistake during the sketching process, you should notify me so i can fix it immediately 

• i will not redo the commission after passing the final sketching process 

• you may ask for two small corrections in the final piece for free, any further fixes will cost additional 

• REFUNDS •

• i will refund 100% of your commission if and only if i have not yet started working on it 

• if i already started sketching your commission, i will only refund 85% of your commission 

• after passing the final sketching process, you may not request a refund 

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE A SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP UP TO DATE WITH ANY POSSIBLE AMENDMENTS
