These terms apply to character designs that I have created. 

Credit:

▪ Always credit me (Raptocidic) for my designs!

▪ Credit me as the character creator on toyhou.se. 

Redesign:

▪ You can redesign the character, but I must always remain credited as the original creator of the design. 

▪ On toyhouse you can add the redesigner as a designer, but they cannot take credit as the creator. 

Sales:

▪ Some designs have restrictions on sales/trades. These terms must be followed.

▪ You cannot add additional rules to my designs when you sell/trade/gift them to others.

Comercial use:

▪ The original image(s)/artwork the character came with cannot be used for commercial use. Those images are for personal non-commercial use only. 

▪ Message me to discuss commercial usage of a design. 

Twitter/X: (Added 3rd September 2023)

▪ If you obtain a design I made you cannot repost any images I created of the design to Twitter/X. 

Due to Twitter/X's new policy on ai training, I don't want my work on twitter at all.
