Designs

> by owning a design by me, you are agreeing to my tos at the time you have received said character. Any changes to tos afterwards do not apply to you, but i might ask you to comply by them.

> if you feel my designs (both characters i made) are too similar, i will no lomger be doing redesigns, i feel that each of my characters are unique. i do not belive they would be so similar they would be interchangeable!! I can be inspired from my own designs. If they do happen to look extremely similar, i might do a redesign

> you are welcome to change any designs you recieve from me ! I do not mind

> please do not delete designs from me, if you dont want them you can gift them to someone or give it back to me !! Its up to you ^.^

> i would like it if the character was kept public/i am authorized ! 

> do not sell them for more than theyre worth unless they have added art !! (Commision or personal)

> after a week of no response, the character will go back up for sale ! ( this does not include people who advise me beforehand, or can only pay at a later date !!)

> Do not use my personal art for anything without my permission. (Art such as drawings of my own characters, art i have made for others, etc.) If i have made art for you specifically then you can use the art however you please as long as you comply to the rules above.
