If you disobey the species restrictions we will issue a warning and ask you to correct the problem. Second mishandling will result in a temporary ban from activities. Third mishandling will be a complete ban from group activities for 60 days. Any rule break after a third warning is a perm ban.
Severe or intentional rule breaks will result in a black list/ban without warning. You will keep the Daitens you already own but you cannot participate in groups, events, discords, or interact with official Daitens. Your Daiten masterlist posts will reflect that they have been permanently exiled. You will be banned from further obtaining anything within the Daiten universe and any species currency you have will be erased. Bans can be appealed through Smiggles
What counts as severe rule breaks?
Hateful conduct, stalking/major harassment, claiming Daitens you do not own, selling/creating unofficial Daitens, intentionally disrupting others or being continuously combative with staff. Severe breaks outside of the community will be evaluated as an in community rule break.

Many users here are LGBT+. Do not use terms like tr*p, f*g, c*ntboy, futa, d*ckgirl et cetera. Even on yourself these words are prohibited. Being LGBT is not a joke or insult. This discord is a safeplace and will be moderated as such. Do not argue for the use of slurs as it may result in automatic ban
- No racist slurs, ableism, microaggressions, or using reclaimed slurs on other people w/o perm
Do not use the R word, autism as an insult, or any other disability. Body shaming is not allowed

This includes politics, social issues, negative current events, personal heavy grievances (difficult family situations, domestic abuse, drug abuse, triggering mental struggles, et cetera) Mention of suicide or suicidal tendencies, whether about yourself or another person, are strictly prohibited.
While we do care about your well being and safety the staff and users of this server are not professionals or emotionally equipped to assist with topics as serious as these.
