Breaking any of these will result in a block and sometimes even a blacklist.

➡️ General T.O.S

• Only offer characters that you’re willing to part with. Please let me know if there are any off-limits or what characters you’re tentative on.
• Don’t ghost me after offering on one of my characters, if you’re no longer interested, let me know.
• When offering art you have one month to complete it, if you need this time extended, contact me.
• Do not ask me to hold a character for you so you can think about it, I only do holds for people who are serious about buying/trading.
• I only do holds for a 7 days MAX, if you need this time extended, contact me.
• I only want serious buyers/traders, do not back out as soon as we are near finalizing the transaction.

• If you traded for one of my characters you cannot resell for real money unless art has been added.
• Do not sell my designs for more than you originally bought them for unless art has been added.
• Feel free to delete my designs off of toyhou.se if necessary! Just make sure to credit me for the design every now and again
• When offering money, I only accept PayPal (USD)
