Design/Art TOS

By receiving ownership of any of my designs, you automatically agree to my TOS, and you will be held accountable for breaking it.

1. DO NOT delete the character's profile!! The profiles on here are how I keep track of the OCs I gave to others.

   - (10/14/22) If you MUST delete the character's profile or your own profile, PLEASE contact me before you do so. Failure to contact me may result in a possible blacklist from future designs (I don't do public blacklists unless needed).

   - (1/5/23) Also, DO NOT delete any of my art or writing for any reason except duplicates!!

2. Unless extra work was added, I request that you do not sell the OC for more than its original worth. That means if you want one of my freebies gone, either give them away as a freebie or make some extra artwork/add written pieces. This goes for bought OCs too.

3. Redesigning is fine as long as the character is still recognizable from the original design. (Like, make as many changes as you want just don't like change every single last bit of the design unless I say it's okay pls)

   - However, this may not be the case if I allow more drastic redesigns. Please ask me first, though.

   - This does not apply for clothes or accessories!! This also does not apply for forms, such as if a character is feral, feel free to make them anthro or vice versa.

   - (10/14/22) I am now more lenient on redesigns; you may do more extreme redesigns if it's an old design, a freebie, or a doodle design. However, please do not adopt designs from me and then instantly redesign them (like just design your own OCs if you want to do that)

4. You may not for ANY REASON remove credit from my designs. This one is a no-brainer, but I have had a few cases where credit wasn't given correctly.

   - (1/3/23) However, if you are uploading old art or designs from me and don't wanna ask me about it or something, please credit my alt DisStorage. Please do not just type in "displays" or my insta username in the offline designer section and call it good.

5. Use of my designs to promote hateful messages towards a minority is NOT permitted.

6. Please do not gift/sell/trade a design from me to anyone on the blacklist or not on ToyHouse.

7. (2/13/23) DO NOT send any of my designs to "oc shelters" that involve some kind of currency. I don't mind the completely free/wta shelters but I feel shelters with a currency encourage a cycle that usually ends with some ocs never receiving a home.

You will not be punished for sending my characters to shelters (at least by me), but if you don't want my designs you can just send them back to me instead of sending them to a shelter.

8. (7/26/23) If you wish to use my designs for commercial use, please inform me before doing so.
