i've been asked this two separate times recently and i didn't realize this was a misconception some people had?? i'm not mad but i just wanted to clear this up because it feels strange to have to say it.

once you buy or trade for a design from me, I DO NOT OWN IT ANYMORE. 

i can't and won't police what you do with them, which is why my TOS doesn't have any of those limits in it. not their bio, what characters you link them to, if you roleplay as them, who you trade/gift/resell them to, or how you draw them. you can use them for whatever projects you want (mind copyright for fandom characters obviously) and you can ask me questions, but i'd rather you do the reading and writing yourself. 

literally all i require is credit for the design, which is already there if you keep them on Toyhou.se

edit: also if people are policing what you do in terms of links and how you draw them and shit like that it's literally a red flag
