TERMS OF SERVICE
^{(Updated on May 21st, 2023)}
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms of service as described in the spoiler below. Please read them carefully.

GENERAL

▶ These terms and prices are subject to change.
▶ Commissions are currently first-come-first-serve.
▶ I may refuse to take an order for any given reason.
▶ Visual references of any kind are required. This does not need to be a character sheet/reference if you do not have one, but ideas or pictures of what you might like will help a lot!
▶ I may use your finished commission as a sample work or in a portfolio for my own purposes. If you have any issues with that, please inform me.
▶ If you are ordering a commission meant to be completed by a certain deadline, PLEASE let me know.

I WILL draw any of the following:

Humans and other humanoids
Anthros (regular or flat-faced) and ferals
Any other species, real-life, open, closed, etc.
Violence
Suggestive or R-15 content
Ship Art

I MIGHT draw any of the following, but consult me privately first before sending in a form!

Copyrighted Characters
VTuber Models / Rigs
Logos
Nudity
NSFW / R-18
Gore

I WON'T to draw the following:

Extreme Gore
Taboo, controversial, or discriminatory topics
Characters that look underage in/with a sexual connotation
In a style not of my own (ex. referencing other artists or media)

PAYMENT

▶ I accept payments in USD via Paypal invoices only.
▶ Payments may be sent after I give confirmation, typically after a WIP is provided.
▶ Payments are to be paid upfront. The only exception is for single pieces that cost over $100, then we may discuss payment plans.

PROCESS

▶ If I accepted multiple commissions, I'll be working on them either simultaneously, or in a random order.
▶ Commissions are expected to be completed within a timeframe of a week to one or two months of accepting your order. If any circumstances come up that may delay the finished product, then I will let you know.
▶ Asking for fixes or changes when I provide a work in progress is okay. However, I will not make any major changes once the final image is provided, nor will I completely redo the image.
▶ You're free to check in with me as you please, but it should only be every once in awhile (ex. 3-7 days at a time)
▶ I sometimes do my work on iPad and/or on PC-- quality may differ slightly between the two.

REFUNDS

IF THE COMMISSION HASN’T BEEN STARTED, then I will provide a full refund.
IF THE COMMISSION IS PARTIALLY COMPLETED, then I will provide a refund for however much I haven't completed (price of a sketch, line art, colored, etc).
IF THE COMMISSION IS FULLY COMPLETED, then I will NOT provide any refund.

OTHER INFORMATION

▶ I authorize the owner of the character(s) to repost their commission to other social media as long as credit is explicitly stated to me (XCROWE).
▶ Commissions cannot be used for commercial use, unless this has been discussed with me in advance.
▶ Commissions cannot be passed through any form of AI. This includes reproduction and completing an unfinished commission piece.

That would be correct, yeah! I might open requests for fanart / canon characters sometime in the future, but as of right now, I don't foresee doing commissions for them :0

i just need some input or suggestions on how to make it so that my font shows up as black no matter what theme someone uses -- like, is there a way to override a theme's font color?

i know a fair bit of coding language so i'm sure i can find out how to do it, i just a step in the right direction ;w;//

an alternate idea would be figuring out how i can hide table borders !

no problemo, to hide table borders, you could set it as transparent, and then i'm pretty sure it won't show up, i could try make a mockup for ya, also using colums and then making new columns on new rows works as well, instead of keeping all the content in a big ol' box.

and i think just changing the font colour to a black would work, and it'd stay the same on every theme
