Xpl0siveclawz TOS By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms

 General terms
- I have the right to refuse a commission.
Art Usage
- Art cannot be used for commercial purposes (which includes but is not limited to: posters, stickers, prints, advertisments, etc) if you wish to use my art for such a commercial fee can be discussed upon commission.
- Any of my art published on social media platforms should always be properly credited.
-As the artist I'm allowed to use the commissioned artwork to; Promote myself within any place or site. To display it anywhere to my liking.
- Commissions are solely digital goods and no physical product will be produced and/or shipped
-The commissioner are allowed to; Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
-The following is considered TOS violation: Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way) Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any watermarks/signatures. Altering the artwork drastically (if you'd prefer to edit a slight wrong marking for example instead of asking me to fix it, feel free) without my, the artist´s, consent. Commercial use will come with an added fee and should be discussed beforehand.

Payment / Refunds
- Payments are throught paypal goods & services and accepted in GBP (£) .
- All commissions must be paid in full upfront before I will start.
- Refunds are only accepted if I haven't started at all, once I have sketched the commission I will not offer any amount of refund as my current commissions are cheap. This is subject to change if I ever do pricier commissions and will be stated if changes apply to such.
Turn-around Time
- The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 month depending on many factors such as;Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues. [If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.]
-Usual time is 1 month.

Design Terms
- My designs should stay on toyhouse, whether public or privated.
- You may commercially use any design I sell, unless stated otherwise, so long as you are not selling prints, apparel, or merchandise of the original artwork made by me of the character design.
- You can edit and alter the design however you want, as long as credit is still given to me, xpl0siveclawz, and that an image of original unedited design is still preserved on the toyhouse profile. - You can not resell the design for more than bought unless extra artwork is added and the extra worth added onto the price is reasonable.

Completion Edits
- I will do everything I can to make my customers happy however after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
-Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, detailed background change or anything that makes me have to redraw a part completely.
