Quick question before I make one, in the creation guide it says that common Constellis never have wings and can have common magic. However, in the species guide it says that Constellis "can have magical abilities, so long as they are not born without wings", implying that they need to be born with wings to have magic. Am I misunderstanding this?

oh sorry thats a typo, its supposed to say "can have magical abilities, so long as they are born without wings"
constellis with wings don't have magic, constellis without wings do
