it has to do with how tentative i am on the characters/how difficult they are to get. tier one is the easiest, two is moderate, and three is more difficult.
No worries! I don't check toy house super regularly either X'D so it's easy to miss things I totally get you. Thanks for the reply! I don't even remember what I was searching around for at the time- it might have been dorilings or hodgeys. At a quick glance I don't see any in your offer folders currently/anymore so I'm sorry for the interruption!
