it's more-so heavy referencing imo so there's not much i can do about it, but if you'd like to inform the owner of the original design so they can talk to the person who heavily referenced that's okay ! i just don't do much about situations like that since i don't really own the character or anything, i just made it, but thanks for informing me anyways :)
