are prowls still an active species? if not, can a prowl be converted into one of your other species (specifically into a dreamy)?

Hi! They're still a CS of mine, and one I intend to revisit, but currently I don't have revamped info/sheets for them. As of right now I don't really offer old species to be converted into other CS since it's a bit complicated to deal with.
