When I first joined I was very new to adopts and characters so I didn't know any of the credits for the ones I purchased and I uploaded them :')
Tried to contact toyhouse about it but they never replied so rip :'(
maybe try again? and explain that! idk :( toyhouse never helped when i had an oc stolen so the support kind of sucks
