Hey, I saw you had made a comment on venet. Okay, I see you are having an issue with the commission. If that is the case as they aren't focused on completing based on how others and a few are commenting, and how they are spam posting their own work. I advise that if you paid, just dispute a refund on Paypal, and find another to commission. I never paid them, so I can just cancel the commission and go about it, and thanks for commenting and spamming as it just shows they will never complete it... especially others asking... not good.
I paid so long ago theres no hope for getting my money back. The only reason I bought it was because they said they needed the money, so I got a full body, the only update I ever got was a sketch. I bought it off instagram months ago. I was really nice to them I don't know why they are doing this to everyone.
You can go back into the transaction log of when you paid and call Paypal regarding it by getting the transaction id, and see if you can get a refund. You can file a refund claim and see if you can get it back. I have been seeing this as an issue often, and I do not care about TOS on artists anymore in that area specifically because of the issue you are having. No matter how nice or how they are trying to get some sort of income, I never trust them because of that reason and they are an internet stranger. Always pay after, never before. I have a sketch wip too from them but never finished it so I commissioned someone else with the same price range. and it was way better :O

I do not know why they do this, people like that can legit get sued for that in real life. Also thank you for the favs! :D
