In the USA, no one can force you to donate blood, marrow, plasma, or organs while you are alive for any reason. Once you are dead, they cannot use any part of your body to save/elongate the lives of others without your explict pre-mortem permission. If you have a uterus however? They can do their best to control what is and isn’t done with it regardless of your personal thoughts, opinions, or health. The fact of the matter is that they care less about uterus havers choosing what to do with their bodies than they care about what rights a corpse has. Nothing about this is right.
