If you have defender's crest equipped and the stalking devout isn't facing you, you can sneak up behind it and "stink bomb" it, it's slow but it's funny
I also like dashing past them with sharp shadow on though if I don't have said charms equipped I just go to fight them
I just like killing everything with a pulse (which includes the stalking devouts) but at the same time, they're so cute that I'd feel bad for killing them, so if they try to kill me, I'll kill them, but if they leave me be, I'll let them live
