Hm... I need to ask more, I guess... this is too little info ^^; Did you have things turned off? WYSIWYG and all? And what are you editing the code through? Mobile/desktop? What browser?
I see... As mentioned in the terms of use, you need to disable WYSIWYG (In fact for all future coded HTML layouts, keep WYSIWYG disabled!)
