Shoot, uhh, I didn't realize the character permissions said that Chirp can't be transferred for any reason. I can try to contact Sno-berry but I'm not sure if they'll allow it.
I promise you snowberry will be fine with it, I talked to her almost every day and I'm often in the snow very Community trading and selling snows. Her terms of service has changed tremendously since you've gotten this character
