Hmmm, I'm not sure DARPG really exists in toyhouse? As in like, DARPG groups I should say. People tend to only use it for dog storage. You could always try making your own group/kennel club on TH tho :))
Hmm..... I'm not 100% sure, but I think it would go in world's yes. The best I can offer is to take inspiration from other sources such as irl groups and kennels and most of all just have fun with it. I would also look into advertising in DARPG discord servers
